I love their big smiles as they enjoy their hot chocolates and Berry and Wanda activities from their gift box.

It is such an indescribable moment to see Berry and Wanda books on the shelves in local libraries! How blessed are we?

I love holding library events, especially seeing the children enjoy listening to the stories, joining in with the yoga and activities. What a fabulous piece of art!

With each book release there is also a new bookmark design which not only helps you keep your page but also has all of the Berry and Wanda info so you can keep up to date and find the resources that are available.

The first book in the Berry and Wanda series that contains holistic techniques that you can practice alongside the story to help calm the nervous system and supports a good nights sleep. 

The Berry and Wanda Gift boxes - don't they look great! (If I do say so myself). You get colouring sheets and activities that are printed out, crayons, stickers, bookmarks, some yummy treats and a hot chocolate (which are suitable for those with dairy allergies.

The Berry and Wanda Programme lent the equipment to create a chill out space at a local fundraising event for Mom's Mindful Hub - a non-profit organisation that helps to combat social isolation and support mindfulness for local families. It was such a lovely event.

I love to meet new people and introduce them to the world of Berry and Wanda. Here is one of the many stalls that I have had to promote the programme and it's resources.

Crafting is such a great educational experience for children but also a form of mindfulness practice. As a mother myself it's always great when you can craft at an event so you don't have to worry about the tidy up at home, so it's a double bonus - children and parents are both more relaxed! 

The parachute is a firm favourite during our move and groove sessions! 

More move and groove fun with some gross motor skills practice.

Teaching little ones deep breathing techniques with the stretchy noodles! Another favourite that has to come out most weeks!

I'm not sure who had more fun with this the adults (myself included) or the little ones.

A nice, comfortable and relaxed space for Baby Story Massage.
